Yes! We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders. Typical shipping time is 3-5 business days depending on your location. We are headquartered in CA, but we have fulfillment facilities in other states.
All of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please understand that delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to crappy weather, busy holidays, natural disasters, etc.
Most of our packages are shipped via USPS.
We also offer expedited priority shipping for orders. Tacking numbers are activated once it passes through USPS systems which may take up to 24hrs.
As long as the order has not shipped, we are able to update your address. Send us an e-mail (from the e-mail address associated with the order) with the order name and the correct address that you are looking to ship to. If you are looking to change shipping states, or shipping countries, additional information may be needed to prove that you are the cardholder associated with the order.
