Shipping & Refunds
We offer $5 shipping on every order within the US.
If you order an item that is ready to ship, processing usually takes us 24-48 hours and shipping within the US takes about 2-5 days.
We ship internationally and ask the customer to cover $35 of the shipping and we cover the rest.
International customers, keep in mind there may be extra fees by your country’s customs which vary per country, weight etc..
If an item is damaged/broken during shipping, we are happy to replace the item with the same item or something of equal value that we agree on with the customer. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery or we cannot be responsible for anything after that. You can send us pictures of the damage to our email: email@example.com or on instagram DMs.
If you are unhappy with the product, you can send us an email or message and we can process a return and refund.
Any item that is purchased at a discounted price is considered a final sale.
