Definitely not worth $80

I requested this as a Christmas gift this year and was sorely disappointed in the quality of the product. It felt as though it was hastily made- rough, uneven edges at the base and the flowers thinly applied on were chipping off. I reached out to the shop owner to initiate a return and refund process and after receiving one response asking me to describe my complaint, I never never heard back again (despite sending a follow-up email). I love supporting local businesses, but I'd probably recommend shopping elsewhere.
